Project Management

This course focuses on the practical and managerial aspects of project implementation. Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the critical processes involved in bringing projects to successful completion. Topics covered include assessing project performance, earned value management, corrective actions, performance reporting, managing changes and risks, ensuring quality, developing project teams, and managing stakeholders.
