PROCESS PLANT OPERATION

The Process Plant Operation course provides an introductory insight into the roles and responsibilities of a process plant operator. This course is designed to equip students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills required to operate, monitor, and maintain process units effectively and safely in various industrial settings, particularly in the oil and gas industry.

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

1. Describe various responsibilities of a technician, the potential hazards, and abnormal situations that typically occur in a process plant 

2. Perform technician duties in a process plant 

3. Display the ability to lead process plant operations individually or in a group
