This course is to prepare students to gain knowledge of the offshore structural design concept and investigate load analysis according to the standard of procedure. The students will be introduced to the structural requirements and
standards, loads, platform structural analysis, design fundamentals of jacket and topside members and introduction to pile foundation. Students will performed physical modeling analysis by conducting laboratory works using wave tank.
