Course Description:
This introductory course is designed to familiarize students and staff of Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA (KKTM) Lenggong with the essential digital facilities provided by the institution, specifically focusing on campus networking access and official email usage. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to connect securely to the KKTM network, access online learning platforms, and utilize their institutional email account for academic and administrative communication.

The course covers Wi-Fi access procedures, acceptable use policies, troubleshooting common network issues, and navigating the Microsoft 365 email platform. It also introduces the importance of cybersecurity awareness, email etiquette, and the integration of Microsoft 365 tools (such as OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint) for collaborative learning and productivity.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Connect to the KKTM Lenggong campus Wi-Fi and understand basic network structure.

  • Access and manage their official KKTM email account using Microsoft 365.

  • Apply proper email communication practices in a professional and academic context.

  • Use integrated Microsoft 365 tools to support learning and institutional engagement.

  • Practice responsible and secure behavior when using digital facilities.

Target Audience:
New students, academic staff, and administrative personnel at KKTM Lenggong.

Duration:
2 hours (including hands-on demonstration and Q&A)

Prerequisites:
Basic digital literacy and ability to operate a smartphone or computer.
